Is there a long-term contract?
We recommend an initial three-month engagement so we can establish value and momentum, followed by a flexible month-to-month arrangement.
Are recruitment fees included?
Recruitment advice is included within the packages. Where Avalon is engaged to deliver a recruitment assignment, placement fees are quoted separately.
Can we use Avalon for one-off projects?
Yes. Targeted HR, recruitment and workforce projects can be scoped and quoted separately.
Can we change packages?
Yes. The level of support can be reviewed as your business changes.
Is this legal advice?
Avalon provides practical HR and people guidance. Where specialist legal advice is required, we may recommend engaging an appropriately qualified employment lawyer.
